This is the long awaited journey to finish the house. I bought this for investment, but life brought unexpected turns of events and slowed my financial conquest. I am back in the groove for it and will keep this log updated to any progress.

I also want to layout my costs and also go back over previous costs through the first entry to renovation; major costs tossed on borrowed credit. Draw out home costs, analyze my invested cash, and compare to possible future scenarios regarding selling, room renting, and whole-house rentals.
