I bought 3 over two days. Guess how many times I won.

Once. The first ticket matched 9 to 9 three times for $1 each. Three 9’s. Four, actually, if you include the target number. 
The magic doesn’t end there, this occurred within minutes of the mileage in my car rolling over from 39,999 to 40,000 miles. 
I ended up buying enough so that I wasted only $1. It was pretty interesting. 
Did this on Saturday, just before game night.
