My body needs ~2,400/day if I am any active.
…10k per 4 days.
…I ate (average) 6,000 calories per day (24k over 4 days).
…Half good like potatoes, meat, stew, & butter. But a few milkshakes and pop tarts too.
I don’t feel fattened yet.
Though I am looking forward to a several day JUICE FEAST soon to reclaim a slender waist.
