2nd day, back at the Y. It’s been years since this place. It is tiny, overly crowded, there’s too many machines, and not enough squat racks. 

IT IS PATHETIC. 

But I do enjoy the social aspect.

Yesterday legs: warm up & 5×5 style squats with up to 135 lbs. Lots of stretching. And a bit of shoulder presses. In/out within an hour. 

Today: same as yesterday, except for up to 155 squats & added in around a dozen [heavy as possible ONLY] as drop-set style lat pulldowns with triangle. In/out within 1-1/4 hours.
