It occurs to me, on occasion, that I should go ahead and start a company. So that any time I want to make a purchase towards renovations, it could be an expense towards rehabbing an asset that is soon to be rented. It would be a non-specific business plan until any leads came through, but I would be setup for it, when it comes.
As in, I may spring across a guy who needs a prototype modeled up. I have the business in place and buy a cpu and rent AutoCAD Inventor. The path to tax breaks is already setup. The standard contract would be ready and lined up in preparation. And I’d have business cards.
I mean, I’ve been planning businesses for twenty years and have never attempted anything more than subcontracting. Never needed official businesses.
Would/should begin an LLC?
Need to get into this research again.
