Training Uncertainty 

On last night, I kinda wanted to spin some bostaff. When I did, my shoulders were a tad dry and sore from the previous night. Plus, it was cold and raining. 

These kinds of issues always make me wonder what to do. For example, today pushing the door open to the bathroom, I feel a sensation in my shoulder that is like pain. But I’m not sure what the sensation indicates exactly. Is there a strain, tear, pull? Are the ligaments, tendons or muscles overstretched, overworked, underhydrated, or inflamed? What will aid in healing in those situations and how much should I warm-up first-and in what way?

When I do push-ups, often I don’t warmup. Does my shoulder sensation arrive because of that?
