How difficult would it be to create a code to input gps points into google or apple maps to create a trail?

This example would be for Tom Triplet Park’s bike trail. Perhaps the code could be added to a webpage that would be accessed by seeing it on the trail head’s map board. Are there macros or apps that do this for me?
