Gym_week of 11/27/2016

Monday: skipped again. 

Tuesday: [on Monday] slept from 9pm to 6am. Did set alarm for 4:44, but when it went off I soon went back to sleep. Wednesday: chiropractor at lunch today. Gonna go to park to stretch and walk. -No lifting- Don’t want to injure my loosened joints again. 

Thursday: push-ups at work. doing them in a buddy’s welding area. 

  • 1 set of 12 – 9:00
  • 1 set of 12 – 10:00
  • 1 set of 12 – 11:00
  • 1 set of 10 – 11:45
  • 1 set of 5 – 12:55
  • the last set was real tough & felt tight, I’ll discontinue this plan for now. 

Total: 51 push-ups 

Rest of week: not much happened in fitness for me. Went to Lake Mayer for a little bit. Storm clouds came and ran me off, prematurely. Did 2 chin-ups, stretching +hanging from the bar,and attempted some meditation for a few minutes at a time. Rode the bike to the backside, to the pull-up bar, of the lake where the grass is soft and dry.
