Gym_week of 11/20/2016

Sunday: just wrapped up last week’s journal. Might manage some bouts of pull-ups as I clean out the truck. 

maybe I’ll use it one day
Monday: didn’t do anything yesterday. Today, skipped the gym. Procrastinated all night. Doing push-ups. Haven’t done any push-ups or bench press since back in gym. Sadly, i can do 6 reps of push-ups max. 


  • 3 sets of 6 reps 
  • 1 set of 8 reps 
  • 1 set of 3

Some stretching and on the way to get food and take my creatine and arginine (NO2 black). 

Tuesday to Saturday: Not much lifting. I decided to drop the gym membership; I feel like I wrote about this somewhere. 

  • Some push-ups on Thursday & Sunday , I think – not many.
