Did some inquisitive searching on the www today. Seems most agree with single session per week of deadlifts. But that’s mostly for non-beginners. I’m basically a beginner again.
As i plan on 3-4 squat sessions per week, i think I’ll do the same for deadlifts. But as previously mentioned, I am erratic. That’s what you get as a cusp personality of sagitarius & capricorn: a crazy person who has both the need for consistency & disorder. So who knows what I’ll do — I don’t.
