This is just a reminder to write an article about my diet plan. My coworker titled the diet, but I live it. I do not fully live it now, yet soon I plan to. It is how I lost the 82 pounds or so a couple years ago. I plan to lose a good 50 this time around. I want to drop back in the 200 to 210 range. At 250 now. Down around ten pounds over the last couple weeks as of now, but I have only dropped most sugar from my diet and haven’t added in the exercise yet. Once I get over the dis-ease that I am in now, summer cold or whatnot, I will renew my training status.
